DC IWW and Metro DSA May Day Labor History Education Share

DC IWW and Metro DSA will be collaborating on a labor history walking tour in downtown DC that ends at Solidarity City. The IWW is celebrating its 120 year anniversary in June, and current Fellow Workers will speak about the history of the union as well as ongoing unionizing efforts.

On Sunday May 4, 2025, the DC IWW and Metro DSA will be collaborating on a labor history walking tour in downtown DC that ends at Solidarity City. The IWW is celebrating its 100 year anniversary in June, and current Fellow Workers will speak about the history of the union as well as ongoing unionizing efforts from 3:30-5PM at Solidarity City. Metro DSA and the DC IWW will talk about current campaigns and community organizing to plug into.
